Amman, Aug. 5 (Petra) – The Northern Military Zone thwarted an
attempted illegal border infiltration by four individuals early
Wednesday after they tried to cross one of its border frontiers
unlawfully.
Border Guard Forces detected the individuals and implemented the
established rules of engagement, successfully apprehending them
before referring them to the relevant authorities for legal actions.
The Jordan Armed Forces reaffirmed their commitment to confronting
all forms of illegal infiltration and smuggling with firmness and
determination, stressing that they will continue to safeguard the
Kingdom’s security and stability and protect its borders against any
threats.
