Kuwait, August 13 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Thursday as the All Share Index lost 21.68 points to reach 8,838.95 points, a decrease of 0.24 percent.
As many as 268.4 million shares valued at KWD 71.1 million (roughly USD 231.8 million) were traded via 20,801 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up down 55.60 points to reach 8,838.30 points, down by 0.63 percent, through 171.90 million shares done via 11,890 transactions valued at KWD 35.7 million (roughly USD 116.40 million).
The Premier Market Index lost 15.59 points to reach 9,297.86 points, down by 0.17 percent, through 96.50 million shares done via 8,911 transactions valued at KWD 35.3 million (roughly USD 115.1 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 49.75 points to reach 10,24.52 points, up by 0.48 percent, through stock volume of 144.1 million shares done in 9,473 deals at a value of KWD 30.5 million (roughly USD 99.4 million). (QNA)
