AMMAN, Aug. 15 (Petra) — The Jordan Olympic Committee officially
launched the Athlete365+ Career Development Program on Friday at the
headquarters of the Generations For Peace institution, drawing the
participation of 32 male and female athletes representing various
national sports federations.

Designed by the International Organization and backed by Olympic
Solidarity, the initiative opened with a specialized “Self-Discovery”
workshop. The session focused on elevating athletes’ self-awareness,
helping them identify personal strengths, core values, and
professional interests to support their long-term career planning and
skill advancement beyond active competition.

The program continues on Saturday with a dedicated “CV Writing”
workshop. Participants will receive professional guidance on crafting
impactful resumes and cover letters, complemented by practical
training designed to help athletes translate their sporting
achievements and competencies into enhanced educational and
professional prospects.
