Gaza, August 16 (QNA) – Several Palestinians were injured on Sunday as a result of Israeli airstrikes targeting homes and tents sheltering displaced people in the southern and central parts of the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that several people were injured after Israeli aircraft targeted a tent sheltering displaced people near Al Aqsa University in the Al Mawasi area of Khan Younis, south of the Strip.
Meanwhile, several other Palestinians were also injured after Israeli aircraft targeted a home in the new camp area west of Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip.
The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,391 martyrs, while the number of injured has reached 174,280. (QNA)
