Amman, Aug. 18 (Petra) — Director General of the Hashemite
Commission for Disabled Soldiers (HCDS) retired Brig. Gen. Pilot Adel
Al-Shonnaq, and Director of the Jordanian Military Sports Federation,
Brig. Gen. Atef Shaher Al-Amro, discussed cooperation between the two
sides.
The meeting also addressed coordination and preparations for a sports
championship planned for disabled soldiers, with the participation of
the Military Sports Federation. The two sides also discussed the
technical and organizational arrangements for the championship.
They stressed the importance of the event in increasing the
participation of military injured personnel in sports activities and
providing them with an opportunity to showcase their athletic
abilities and talents, supporting their participation in the sports
field.
