Kuwait, August 18 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Tuesday as the All Share Index gained 11.77 points to reach 8,774.14 points, an increase of 0.13 percent.
As many as 330.7 million shares valued at KWD 98.7 million (roughly USD 319.6 million) were traded via 23,681 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up by 85.96 points to reach 8,861.92 points, up by 0.98 percent, through 201.8 million shares done via 12,946 transactions valued at KWD 41.5 million (roughly USD 134.3 million).
The Premier Market Index lost 3.42 points to reach 9,210.86 points, down by 0.04 percent, through 182.2 million shares done via 10,735 transactions valued at KWD 57.2 million (roughly USD 185.2 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 121.15 points to reach 10,560.59 points, up by 1.16 percent, through stock volume of 138 million shares done in 9,021 deals at a value of KWD 31.8 million (roughly USD 102.9 million). (QNA)
