Doha, August 18 (QNA) – Hamad International Airport (HIA) affirmed Tuesday its full readiness and commitment to providing passengers with a smooth and comfortable arrival experience.
The move comes as Doha sees growing numbers of passengers arriving on inbound flights this August following the summer holiday season, as students prepare for the new academic year.
In a statement, the airport highlighted a set of guidelines aimed at facilitating arrival procedures and fostering passengers’ comfort, stressing that its staff is committed to providing passengers and their families with support and assistance around the clock.
It further noted that the guidelines cover families traveling with young children, picking up arriving passengers, transportation from the airport using ride-hailing services, taxis, buses and the Doha Metro, car rentals, as well as baggage collection. (QNA)
