Shanghai, Aug. 19 (Petra) — His Majesty King Abdullah II on
Wednesday met with the Mayor of Shanghai Gong Zheng.
The meeting covered the deep-rooted ties between Jordan and China,
with His Majesty emphasising the importance of expanding the scope of
Jordanian-Chinese relations by increasing partnerships in promising
economic and development sectors.
Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Minister of
Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, and Jordan’s Ambassador to
China Hussam Husseini attended the meeting.
