Amman, Aug. 19 (Petra) – Head of Mobilization and Popular Army
Department on Wednesday honored several top achievers of General
Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) from training
centre at Shweier Military Camp .

These students achieved “outstanding” results in this year’s Tawjihi
session, recognizing their academic excellence and performance during
their service in the National Service program.

Talking at the honoring ceremony, Head of the Mobilization and
Popular Army Department said the center was committed to providing a
“suitable” learning environment for students to continue their
education and sit for the Tawjihi exam, while simultaneously
fulfilling their National Service obligations.

He noted that the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces
(JAF)– Arab Army places “remarkable” importance on education and
training aspects to provide opportunities and resources to empower
students to develop their academic and professional skills during
their military training period.

This process, he said, enhances these students’ readiness and
contributes to their holistic development.

Meanwhile, the honored conscripts expressed their pride and
appreciation to the JAF’s support and guidance, citing its efforts
to providing an appropriate environment to continue education and
excel.

In its satement, the JAF said this recognition reflects its
commitment to supporting the conscripts’ educational and training
paths to harness their military service period to develop their
knowledge and skills, which would prepare a generation that combines
discipline, academic potential, and practical skills.
