Beijing, August 20 (QNA) – China kept its one-year loan prime rate (LPR), the benchmark market-based lending rate, unchanged at 3.0% on Thursday, the same level as the previous month, according to the China National Interbank Funding Center (NIFC).
The center added that the five-year LPR, which serves as the benchmark for many lenders in setting mortgage rates, also remained unchanged at 3.5%, Xinhua News Agency reported. (QNA)
