Doha, August 21 (QNA) – Al Gharafa began their 2026-27 Doha Bank Stars League campaign with a 2-1 victory over Al Shahaniya at Khalifa International Stadium on Friday.
Cameroonian newcomer Frank Magri scored both goals for Al Gharafa (23rd and 90+1), while Francisco Antognucci equalized for Al Shahaniya from the penalty spot in the 46th minute.
The win gives Al Gharafa three points, while Al Shahaniya remain without a point. (QNA)
