Damascus, August 22 (QNA) – Syria has strongly condemned the Israeli drone attack on a civilian vehicle in Beit Jinn in the western countryside of Damascus.
In its statement on Saturday, the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the strike as a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as being a flagrant breach of international law.
The Ministry held Israel fully responsible for the repercussions of its repeated attacks, warning that their continuation would increase regional tensions, undermine stability and threaten civilian safety.
Syria called on the international community and the United Nations Security Council to fulfill their legal and political responsibilities and put an end to these violations. (QNA)
