Amman, Aug. 22 (Petra) — Jordan on Saturday strongly condemned a
terrorist bombing that targeted a passenger bus carrying internal
security forces in the Damascus countryside in neighboring Syria.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates spokesperson Fouad
al-Majali affirmed the kingdom’s full solidarity with the government
and people of Syria, expressing firm rejection of all forms of
violence and terrorism aimed at destabilizing security and stability.
Al-Majali reiterated Jordan’s unwavering support for Syria’s
security, stability, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the
safety of its citizens, while wishing a speedy recovery to those
injured in the attack.
