Riyadh, August 24 (QNA) – Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi met on Monday with Head of the Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa Program at the Institute of International Affairs Dr Maria Luisa.
In the context of regional developments, both sides underscored the significance of de-escalation and promoting security and stability through diplomacy and constructive dialogue.
They also reviewed a number of topics of mutual concern, most notably GCC-Italian ties and the importance of bolstering communication and cooperation between the GCC states and Italy. (QNA)
