MSX 30 Index Closes Higher by

Muscat, 25 Aug 2026 (ONA) — The
MSX 30 index of the Muscat Stock Exchange closed today at 7,502.53 points,
rising 1.5 points, or 0.02 percent, compared to the previous trading session’s
close of 7,501.05 points.
The total value of trading
reached RO 23,070,136, marking an increase of 15.3 percent compared to the
previous session’s figure of RO 20,008,791.
According to the report issued by
the Muscat Stock Exchange, market capitalization rose by 0.050 percent from the
last trading day, reaching approximately RO 38.26 billion.
Non-Omani buying on the exchange
amounted to RO 3,193,000, representing 13.84 percent of total trading value,
while non-Omani selling totaled RO 3,316,000, accounting for 14.37 percent.
Consequently, net non-Omani investment declined by RO 123,000, or 0.53 percent.
