Khartoum, August 25, 2026 (SUNA) – President of the Transitional Sovereign Council (TSC), General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, received at the Republican Palace the credentials of Sadick Silla as Ambassador of Sierra Leone to Sudan, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Mohi-Eddin Salem.Al-Burhan affirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening and developing bilateral relations in a manner that serves the interests of the two countries and their peoples.For his part, Ambassador Sadick Silla affirmed Sierra Leone’s commitment to strengthening relations with Sudan, commending the Sudanese leadership’s efforts to restore security and stability and expressing his country’s support for efforts to achieve peace.BH/BH
