Amman, Aug. 27 (Petra) — A medical delegation from the Kuwaiti
Specialized Hospital in the Gaza Strip visited the Jordanian Field
Hospital south of Gaza /11 on Thursday to review its medical
operations and explore ways to strengthen cooperation and exchange
expertise between medical staff.
The delegation received a briefing from the hospital’s commanding
officer on its operations, patient intake procedures, and the medical
and treatment services provided by nursing staff and allied health
professions, as well as the measures in place to ensure care within
available resources.
The delegation also toured the hospital’s departments, reviewing
patient intake procedures, treatment stages, and protocols for
handling medical cases and injuries.
The delegation praised the Jordanian Field Hospital’s role in
providing medical services to Gaza residents, commending Jordan’s
efforts to support its Palestinian brethren and ease their suffering
amid difficult humanitarian and health conditions.
