Gaza, September 01 (QNA) – One of the Palestinian civil defense members died Tuesday of wounds he had sustained in an Israeli shelling earlier today near Abu Sharkh Roundabout, north of Gaza City, medical sources in Gaza said.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army continues to fire artillery shells at multiple areas across the enclave, targeting areas north of Bureij Camp and north of Rafah, in addition to conducting a razing operation east of the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
Six Palestinians, including women, children, and elderly people, were killed and others were injured in multiple Israeli airstrikes today on Gaza City, Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, and Khan Younis in the south.
The overall toll of the Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has thus far reached 73,462 deaths and 174,509 injuries, according to the latest figures from the Palestinian Health Ministry. (QNA)
