Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister held a telephone call today with
Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, National
Community Abroad and African Affairs of the People’s Democratic Republic of
Algeria.
The telephone conversation addressed
the fraternal ties between the two countries and ways to strengthen bilateral
cooperation, along with continued consultation and coordination on issues of
mutual interest.
The two ministers exchanged views on
regional developments, underscoring the importance of prioritising wisdom and
restraint and supporting diplomatic efforts aimed at de‑escalating tensions and
creating conditions for dialogue and political solutions that safeguard the
region’s security and stability.
