INJAZ Enterprise Business Challenge for school students concluded

Amman, Jan. 22 (Petra) – INJAZ, a local non-profit organization in Jordan, concluded the semi-final competition for 2022 Enterprise Business Challenge (EBC), which is being implemented for the 12th year in a row, as part of its partnership with Prince’s Trust International (PTI), with the participation of more than 4,462 students from 112 schools across the Kingdom.

INJAZ, in a statement on Sunday, said the program gives students the opportunity to carry out entertaining practical experiences, to learn about the key entrepreneurship and business ethics concepts.

16 out of 810 teams that participated in the EBC’s program, which aims to stimulate interactive entrepreneurship and practice business management for basic school students from the 8th to the 10th grades, qualified for the Grand Finals, the statement added.

The EBC’s program focuses on giving beneficiaries the opportunity to build future entrepreneurs, engage with the private sector, and present their ideas by integrating modern learning technology, the statement noted.

The program featured training on project management and team building, as 137 volunteers took part in implementing its activities and introduced students to basic entrepreneurship concepts, related effective strategies, and ways to use interactive simulation games to test these entrepreneurial ideas.
