Riyadh, March 15, 2023, SPA – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission, has organized a workshop titled “Leveraging new technologies and innovation to accelerate the progress towards achieving the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)” on the sidelines of the World Summit on the Information Society Forum (WSIS) 2023, recently held in Geneva. Representatives of several institutions and international organizations participated in the forum.
The workshop dealt with the most innovative projects and techniques employed by the Kingdom to accelerate the implementation of its sustainable development objectives, through several government agencies, such as the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the National Cybersecurity Authority, the Digital Government Authority and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
