SHARJAH, 15th March, 2023 (WAM) — In implementation of the directives of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to provide a stable and decent life for citizens, the Sharjah Debt Settlement Committee (SDSC) has approved AED73,056,000 to settle the debt of 125 cases presented to it.
Rashid Ahmed bin Al Sheikh, Head of the Emiri Court and Chairman of the Committee, confirmed that the 24th batch approved the amount for those convicted of financial cases and insolvent deceased. The total amount processed by the committee from the first to the 24th batch amounted to AED1,051,310,153, benefiting a total of 2086 individuals.
