Under Heavy Guard, Dozens of Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

Occupied Jerusalem, January 24 (QNA) – The settlers renewed their storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy security from the Israeli occupation police on Tuesday.

The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) said that dozens of settlers, in the form of successive groups, stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Moroccan Gate direction and carried out provocative tours in the courtyards of the mosque.

They listened to explanations about the alleged “temple”, and some of them performed Talmudic rituals on the eastern side and in front of the Dome of the Rock before leaving the courtyards on the side of Bab al-Silsila.

The same sources added that several Israeli police officers stormed the Al-Qibli prayer hall in Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed daily to settler incursions under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, at two shifts, morning and evening, in an attempt by the Israeli occupation to impose the temporal division in it.
