Aqaba, Nov. 16 (Petra) — The fourth edition of the Jordan Golf League 2025 concluded on Saturday at Ayla Golf Club after three days of competition that brought together around 40 players from Jordan and several international participants. The tournament was held in a professional sporting atmosphere and drew notable attendance from golf enthusiasts.
The event featured four categories, Elite, Ladies, Stableford, and Academy, with athletes delivering performances that reflected the growing development of golf in Jordan.
Winners were honored in a ceremony attended by representatives of the Jordan Golf Federation and Ayla Oasis Development Company.
Tournament director and Director of Public Relations at Ayla, Mansour Al-Kabariti, said the successful organization of this edition underscores Ayla’s continued support for national sports and strengthens Aqaba’s position as a growing sports and tourism hub.
Vice President of the Jordan Golf Federation, Nasser Al-Shoumali, congratulated the participants and noted the strong technical level displayed this year, particularly the increased participation from junior players, an indication of the federation’s efforts to expand the sport’s reach and develop future talent.
The Jordan Golf Federation also highlighted the strategic role of Ayla Oasis Development Company, whose operational and technical support contributed to the smooth running of the tournament.
The technical committee was headed by Joe Fadli, while the referees’ committee was led by Moath Al-Qatatsheh, alongside officials Kais Al-Adwan and Ahmed Abu Sweilem.
The Jordan Golf Federation, working with the Jordan Olympic Committee and Ayla Oasis Development Company, continues to implement programs aimed at developing the sport and broadening its presence regionally and internationally.
