Balqa, Jan 12 (Petra) – Al-Ahliyya Amman University announced the suspension of classes on Tuesday.
In a statement, the university said that in light of the expected weather conditions and out of concern for the safety of students and staff, it was decided to suspend work at the Al-Ahliyya Amman University on Tuesday and shift lectures to a distance learning system.
The statement added that theoretical and practical examinations and master’s thesis defenses will be postponed to a later date to be announced by the relevant faculties.
Those whose job duties require otherwise are exempt from this decision, according to the statement.
