Amman, Oct. 22 (Petra) — The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) recorded a total trading value of JD14 million on Wednesday, with six million shares traded through 4,479 transactions.
The ASE General Index closed higher at 3,273 points, marking a 0.18 percent increase, compared to the previous session.
The industrial and financial sectors rose by 1.23% and 0.20%, respectively, while the services sector declined by 0.58%
Out of 100 companies whose shares were traded today, 42 posted gains, 32 recorded losses, and the rest remained unchanged.
