Amman, Nov. 5 (Petra) – Total trading at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) reached JD 6.5 million on Wednesday, with 3.8 million shares traded through 2,769 transactions.
The ASE general price index closed at 3,326 points, up 0.02%, compared to the previous session.
The industrial sector index fell 0.33%, while the financial and services sectors rose 0.14% and 0.06%, respectively.
Of the 105 companies traded, 35 recorded an increase in share prices, while 31 went down, compared with their previous closing prices.
