Amman, Feb. 2 (Petra) — The trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) was at JD14.8 million on Monday, with 5.8 million shares changing hands through 4,683 transactions.
The ASE general price index closed at 3,572 points, up 1.05%.
Sector indices all advanced: services rose 1.86%, financial gained 0.77%, and industry increased 0.51%.
Of the 108 listed companies, 46 ended higher and 32 declined, compared with previous closes.
