Amman, Jan 12 (Petra) — Security forces and specialized teams recovered the bodies of two children from Zarqa River on Sunday following their father’s confession to throwing them into the watercourse, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesman said.
Civil Defense and Zarqa Police teams located the victims after their father admitted during questioning to disposing of his children in the valley following domestic disputes, according to the PSD statement.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing, the spokesman added.
