NNA – The Council of Ministers convened at 10:00 a.m. at Presidential Palace in Baabda, under the chairmanship of President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, and at the invitation and in the presence of Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, and the cabinet ministers.
The session is set to discuss a regular agenda, while President Aoun will brief the Council on the outcome of his recent visit to the State of Qatar. Prime Minister Salam, in turn, will share the results of his visit to Syria.
Prior to the session, Presidents Aoun and Salam held a private meeting to discuss the latest developments.
