London, August 22 (QNA) – Chelsea announced Saturday that Brazilian forward Joao Pedro has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the club until 2034.
In a statement published on its official website, the the club said Chelsea are delighted to announce that Joao Pedro has signed a new contract until 2034, in a move that underlines the club’s confidence in the player and his role in the team going forward.
The 24-year-old Joao Pedro joined Chelsea from Brighton last year and has since been credited with 20 goals in all competitions, underscoring his contribution to the team’s success.
Chelsea will begin their new Premier League campaign against Fulham on Monday, with the club bending every effort to make a positive start and pick up their first points of the season. (QNA)
