Amman, Oct. 23 (Petra) – Domestic revenues in Jordan increased by approximately JD257.4 million during the first eight months of 2025, reaching JD6.194 billion, compared to JD5.936 billion for the same period last year. The rise reflected a JD165.9 million increase in tax revenues and a JD91.5 million increase in non-tax revenues.
Total expenditures during the period amounted to JD7.795 billion, including JD7.069 billion in current expenditures and JD725.6 million in capital expenditures.
Capital spending rose by about JD86 million compared with the same period last year, supported by the accelerated implementation of the capital expenditure mechanism following the approval of the General Budget Law earlier this year.
