Amman, Nov. 6 (Petra)– In a phone conversation today, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi, discussed with Austria’s Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, Beate Meinl-Reisinger, to discuss ways to enhance prospects for cooperation between the two friendly countries across various fields bilaterally and within the framework of partnership with the European Union as well as collaboration within international organizations.
The two ministers also discussed regional developments and efforts to sustain the ceasefire in Gaza, stressing the importance of ensuring the full implementation of all ceasefire provisions, the immediate and sufficient delivery of humanitarian aid to the Strip, and the launch of a genuine political process to implement the two-state solution as the only path to achieving a just, lasting, and comprehensive peace.
