Amman, February 3 (Petra) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi on Tuesday received a phone call from US Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz and discussed Gaza.
Safadi and Waltz discussed developments in the Gaza Strip, cooperation in delivering humanitarian aid to the territory and efforts to ensure adherence to the ceasefire, as well as the full implementation of US President Donald Trump’s plan and UN Security Council Resolution 2803.
They discussed the importance of the strategic partnership between Jordan and the United States and underscored continued joint efforts to strengthen cooperation.
