Gaza Strip, Nov 10 (Petra) — Some 242 Palestinians have been killed and 622 injured by Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire on October 11, the Gaza Health Ministry said on Monday.
It said three bodies, including one pulled from the rubble and one who succumbed to his wounds, and three wounded people arrived in hospitals in the last 24 hours.
The latest casualties took the death toll from Israel’s war, which began on October 7, 2023, to 69,179 and the total number of injuries rose to 170,693, it said.
