Amman, Aug 27 (Petra) – Interior Minister Mazen Faraya Wednesday urged Civil Status and Passports staff to ensure smooth service and promote online service and the digital culture.
He spoke during a surprise visit to the Jabal Al Hussein civil status office to check on the workflow, the level of service, and the pace of task completion.
The minister was updated on service recipient statistics, both citizens and foreigners, stressing the impact of digital service through the Civil Status and Transports Department’s website, or “Sanad” application, that reduces visitor numbers and ensures better and quick service.
Faraya listened to employees’ needs to improve service, stressing the need to develop the work environment and meet public safety requirements. He also talked with clients on their satisfaction.
