Amman, October 28 (Petra) – The representative body of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) in Jordan, the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists at the Jordan Medical Association and the British Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists will hold their second joint conference Thursday and Friday at Le Royal Hotel in Amman.
The conference will include 32 lectures and scientific papers presented by experts from Jordan, the United Kingdom and Egypt, with the participation of physicians from Jordan, Palestine and Syria. A distinguished group of professors and specialists from Britain will attend.
Discussions will focus on the latest advancements in the early diagnosis of tumors affecting the female reproductive system, developments in surgical treatments using laparoscopic and robotic techniques and new approaches in fertility and in vitro fertilisation (IVF).
Conference sessions will cover key topics in women’s health, including the impact of obesity on pregnancy and childbirth, as well as complications such as recurrent miscarriage and premature birth.
