Amman, Nov. 18 (Petra) — The Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) has launched a round-the-clock emergency hotline (06 222 7517) to handle reports and feedback across its various free and development zones, reinforcing its commitment to providing a secure and supportive environment for investors.
In a statement issued Tuesday, the Group said the new hotline is intended to ensure quick response times and efficient management of any urgent situations, while offering continuous assistance to businesses, stakeholders, and visitors.
It added that the service covers all six free zones Zarqa, Queen Alia Airport, Sahab, Karak, Muwaqqar, and Al-Karama as well as the two development zones at the Dead Sea and Ajloun. The initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance service quality and streamline communication throughout the zones.
