Amman, August 01 (QNA) – Jordan on Saturday condemned the blatant Iranian attacks on Kuwait, which targeted a number of vital facilities, including a government facility in the north of the country and civilian vehicles belonging to a civilian company on Bubiyan Island.
The Jordanian foreign ministry, in a statement, considered the Iranian attacks a blatant violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty, a threat to its security, stability, and territorial integrity, a dangerous escalation, and a flagrant breach of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
The ministry affirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with the State of Kuwait and its support for all measures taken by Kuwait to protect its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens and residents. (QNA)
