Amman, Nov. 3 (Petra) – Minister of Water and Irrigation Raed Abu Al-Saud on Monday met with Czech Ambassador to Jordan Andrea Kucerov? to discuss strengthening cooperation in water management, climate resilience, and renewable energy.
According to a ministry statement, Abu Al-Saud underlined the importance of developing sustainable solutions to address the impacts of climate change, highlighting Jordan’s ongoing efforts to implement major water and wastewater projects across the Kingdom.
He stressed the ministry’s commitment to expanding avenues of collaboration that serve the mutual interests of both countries and invited Czech private-sector companies to explore opportunities to participate in future water and sanitation projects in Jordan.
Ambassador Kucerov? commended Jordan’s water sector for its innovative responses to chronic water scarcity and its ability to provide essential services to both citizens and refugees. She also praised the strong and growing bilateral relations between Jordan and the Czech Republic.
