Amman, Feb. 17 (Petra) — The Jordan Phosphate Mines Company emerged as the largest profit contributor among firms listed on the Amman Stock Exchange in 2025, accounting for 25.4% of total corporate earnings.
The company posted net after-tax profits of JD 601.286 million, out of total profits of JD 2.366 billion generated by all listed companies and banks during the year, according to official data.
The performance highlights the company’s strong operational efficiency, expansion into value-added industries, and growing integration into global markets, alongside continued efforts to attract investment and build strategic partnerships.
The results reinforce the company’s position as a key player in the regional mining sector and underline its role as a major contributor to Jordan’s economic activity, export performance, and industrial competitiveness.
