Amman, Sept 9 (Petra) – Jordan Post received the “Gold Level” Customer Service Award for Express Mail performance for 2025.
The announcement came during Jordan’s participation, led by Jordan Post Director General Hanadi Al-Tayeb, in the 28th Universal Postal Union Congress the Universal Postal Union’s (UPU) highest decision-making body held in the United Arab Emirates, attended by over 2,000 participants from 192 member countries.
Al-Tayeb said Jordan’s participation provides an opportunity to strengthen relations and exchange experiences with the UPU, regulatory bodies, and key postal sector players worldwide, discussing policies, strategies, and development issues, while contributing to shaping the future of the global postal sector, which directly impacts Jordan’s postal development.
She added that Jordan seeks to build a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable postal sector amid rapid developments in e-commerce, digital transformation, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and rising standards of quality and efficiency.
Al-Tayeb noted that Jordan’s award reflects excellence in responding to customer inquiries with high quality and efficiency, in line with the highest international standards.
