Amman, Nov. 14 (Petra)– Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Sami Smirat, discussed avenues for strengthening cooperation between Jordan and Singapore in the fields of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and smart government during his visit to Singapore’s Ministry of Digital Development and Information. The meeting took place on the sidelines of His Majesty King Abdullah II’s visit to Singapore.
According to a statement issued by the ministry on Friday, Minister Smirat explored opportunities for exchanging expertise and building technological partnerships that can support Jordan’s modernization and digitalization efforts.
The visit comes as part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance international collaboration and learn from leading global practices to advance digital services and empower the national digital economy.
