Amman, Oct. 20 (Petra) — The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs welcomed the agreement reached to establish a ceasefire between the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Afghanistan following negotiations held in Doha. The agreement resulted in mechanisms aimed at establishing sustainable security and stability between the two countries.
The ministry’s official spokesperson, Fouad Al-Majali, affirmed the Kingdom’s support for and endorsement of efforts aimed at achieving security and stability in the border regions between the two countries, commending the mediation efforts undertaken by the State of Qatar and the Republic of Türkiye.
