Amman, Nov. 26 (Petra) – The Jordanian mobile bakery in Gaza has produced a total of 11,797,580 loaves of bread since it began operations in the Gaza Strip in January this year, according to the World Central Kitchen (WCK) organisation, which operates the bakery in Gaza.
The WCK said the mobile bakery has reached a production capacity of nearly 70,000 loaves per day, meeting the needs of people in various areas of Gaza and ensuring uninterrupted bread supply.
The Jordanian mobile bakery arrived in Gaza on December 24, 2024, upon a Royal initiative to alleviate the suffering of Gazans.
The WCK is an international non-governmental organization that provides meals and food aid to those affected by conflicts and crises around the world.
