Amman, Jan. 30 (Petra)– His Majesty King Abdullah II congratulated Ahmed Al Sharaa on assuming the Presidency of Syria in the transitional phase.
In a cable, His Majesty wished President Sharaa success in leading Syria and serving its people, reaffirming Jordan’s support for Syria’s unity, security, and stability.
The King stressed Jordan’s keenness on strengthening cooperation with Syria, and standing by its people in developing their country, while maintaining coordination on various issues, in service of shared interests and Arab unity.
