Kuwait, August 05 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Wednesday as the All Share Index gained 29.67 points to reach 8,876.76 points, an increase of 0.34 percent.
As many as 294.8 million shares valued at KWD 82.6 million (roughly USD 269.4 million) were traded via 20,600 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up by 61.16 points to reach 8,959.51 points, up by 0.69 percent, through 144.4 million shares done via 10,557 transactions valued at KWD 29.7 million (roughly USD 94.6 million).
The Premier Market Index gained 24.51 points to reach 9,319.89 points, up by 0.26 percent, through 150.3 million shares done via 10,043 transactions valued at KWD 52.9 million (roughly USD 172.5 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 124.52 points to reach 10,315.68 points, up by 1.22 percent, through stock volume of 101.5 million shares done in 7,059 deals at a value of KWD 22.6 million (roughly USD 73.7 million). (QNA)
