Kuwait, March 06 (QNA) – Kuwait announced Thursday that cyber activities and threats targeting some of the country’s digital systems were detected and contained.
The Kuwait National Cybersecurity Center stated that its monitoring and tracking systems identified these attempts early, allowing technical teams to take immediate measures to contain them efficiently without affecting the continuity of services or the digital infrastructure.
The center explained that the incidents were addressed promptly in accordance with established protocols and procedures, reflecting the center’s readiness to confront cyber threats and maintain the stability of digital systems.
It added that the center continues its ongoing efforts to monitor the national cyber space using advanced systems and technologies to detect, analyze, and proactively respond to threats, thereby enhancing protection and reducing cyber risks.
The center also continues its national role in safeguarding the country’s cyberspace and ensuring the stability and continuity of digital services, strengthening trust and security in the state’s digital environment. (QNA)
