Kuwait, August 01 (QNA) – The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced that its armed forces destroyed hostile drones after detecting them inside Kuwaiti airspace early Saturday morning.
The ministry’s official spokesperson, Colonel Saud Abdulaziz Al Atwan stated that the Iranian aggression targeted several vital installations, including a government facility in the north of the country. Civilian vehicles belonging to a private company on Bubiyan Island were also struck, resulting in material damage from falling debris, but no casualties were reported.
Al Atwan affirmed that the armed forces continue to carry out their duties with high efficiency and are taking all necessary measures to protect Kuwait’s sovereignty and safeguard its security and stability. (QNA)
