Doha, August 10 (QNA) – The net profit of Mazaya Real Estate Development (a Qatari public shareholding company) declined by 4.7 percent in the first half of this year, reaching QAR 35.303 million, compared to QAR 37.060 million for the same period in 2025.
The company’s financial data, published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website today, showed that earnings per share were QAR 0.035 for the period ending Jun. 30, 2026, compared to QAR 0.037 for the same period of the previous year.
Mazaya Real Estate Development Company was established in 2008, and its shares were listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange in October 2010. Its paid-up capital is one billion riyals. (QNA)
